Summary: The unit itself was outstanding. Very clean and in a great neighborhood of Capital Hill very close to restaurants. It is on the 5th floor and has great views from inside the unit and the rooftop, although the rooftop was not set up yet for the summer. Bed was very comfortable. I had a hard time finding the FOB when I got to the room. It was in small cup behind the door. We had an issue of the elevator not working on the 5th floor, not a big problem for us, but could have been for someone older. I know there were other people on the floor so it was curious it wasn't repaired sooner. I had to work in the room for two days....more comfortable chairs around the table might be nice. Big problem was Expedia. The map placement on their web page was wrong. I was looking for a place that showed 2 blocks from my son and it ended up being 1.5 miles. It shouldn't be to hard to implement a Google map solution. There is also not any parking on-site, but road parking seemed to be available even though I didn't have a car (I walked 1.5 Miles to my son's place :-( ).

Summary: The location is perfect, within walking distance from plenty of places to eat and drink. I felt very safe and comfortable, i have never stayed at a place like this. So cute!

Summary: Cute little studio with kitchen and washer and dryer. Close to dowtown. Walking diatance to several bars and restaurants. No assigned parking which was a little difficult. I was fortunate enough to find street parking one street west of the location. But perfect for the one night I needed it. Instructions in the email made it easy to get the key since this is not a hotel with a front desk. Cute little apartment and I did utilize the rooftop deck several times. The views of the city were amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Everything was perfect and as advertised. Mattress on bed cold be a bit better, maybe add an inexpensive memory foam top. Other than that, I'll be back.
